Estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa de Receção em hotel de charme, com entrada imediata, para a área da Foz do Douro, no Porto.

Responsabilidades:

- Responsável por todos os serviços inerentes ao atendimento aos clientes;

- Check-in e Check-out de hóspedes;

- Apoio e serviço de pequeno-almoço e serviço de refeições;

- Acompanhamento da estadia dos hóspedes e atendimento das respetivas necessidades;

- Fornecer informações acerca do hotel e de caráter turístico aos clientes;

- Tratamento de e-mails;

- Coordenação com restante equipa de receção, housekeeping, manutenção e backoffice;

Requisitos:

- Experiência comprovada na função;

- Inglês escrito e falado fluente (obrigatório);

- Francês e Espanhol (preferencial);

- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade, compromisso com assiduidade e pontualidade;

- Flexibilidade de tarefas;

- Apresentação cuidada;
