IT Continuity Service Now Coordinator

Job Description The IT Continuity & Resilience Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the deployment of ServiceNow modules related to IT Continuity across multiple teams.his includes implementing classification, planning, exercises, and recovery strategies in alignment with global standards. The role involves project coordination, training, tool enhancement, and support for both current deployments and future functionalities. Main Responsibilities Coordinate the deployment of ServiceNow IT Continuity modules across different internal teams Lead classification of IT assets, continuity planning, exercise execution, and validation processes Support the creation and review of recovery scenarios including data restoration and site redundancy Ensure detailed documentation and reporting of plans, tests, results, and evidence Accelerate international rollouts and provide guidance to teams during implementation phases Collaborate on future enhancements and new features of the platform Actively contribute to roadmaps, follow-ups, and stakeholder alignment meetings Technical Skills 5+ years of experience in IT-related roles Solid knowledge of IT Continuity and Resilience frameworks and methodologies Experience with ServiceNow, preferably within the GRC or Continuity modules Familiarity with risk anticipation and IT asset recovery strategies Ability to assess, advise, and support IT teams on continuity processes Language Skills English Fluent (oral and written) Other languages Optional Soft Skills Excellent meeting facilitation and stakeholder coordination skills Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational capabilities Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving orientation Collaborative mindset with ability to coach and transfer knowledge Comfortable leading training sessions, seminars, and committees Must be physically in Portugal, and a work at the office 3/5 days a week
