What Youll Do
  • Own the development of the Franchise Operations Manual, ensuring it is:
Comprehensive and aligned with brand standards A practical resource for franchisees
  • Manage the end-to-end franchise transition process, coordinating across:
Internal teams (legal, finance, marketing, operations) External consultants
  • Lead the franchisee onboarding process, ensuring alignment with Emmas operational standards.
  • Ensure consultants recommendations are implemented efficiently while staying aligned with project goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to execute franchise-related projects seamlessly.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, profitability, and risks to key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Take an agile, customer-focused approach to ensure franchisees are set up for success.
  • Manage project timelines and costs, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Mentor and support team members involved in the franchise transition process.
