Now Hiring: Engineering Lead to join our awesome team, take ownership of our marketplace platform, and lead a team of developers to deliver innovative solutions.

Location: hybrid work in Warsaw, Lisbon, or Kyiv, with possible business trips.

What youll do:

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and growth of the marketplace, including supply chain and product offerings, while fostering collaboration with marketplace developers;

  • Conduct technical interviews with developers;

  • Perform code reviews and quality assessments;

  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve various product issues;

  • Provide feedback to the team to aid in development and product enhancement;

  • Improve planning and prioritization within sprint cycles;

  • Accelerate release cycles.

About you:

  • 7+ years of relevant technical experience;

  • 2+ years of experience managing teams of 5-10+ developers;

  • Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and React;

  • Knowledge of PHP Symfony, Angular, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL, along with experience in Python, Ruby on Rails, or other technologies, is a plus;

  • Deep understanding of AI tools for coding;

  • Proven experience working in a start-up environment;

  • Strong background in stakeholder management;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and give pushbacks;

  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-growing company;

  • Product mindset with a solid understanding of business needs and user experience;

  • Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience managing personal or side projects;

  • Active participation in industry digests and other technical activities;

  • Involvement in meet-ups, conferences, and similar events.
