British American TobaccoIberia has an exciting opportunity for a Activation Executive in Lisbon

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 121 Activation Executive to support the planning and execution of one-to-one brand activations in the market. This role is key in ensuring that our consumer experiences are flawlessly implemented, aligned with the brand strategy, and executed in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the development and execution of 121 activation plans, aligned with marketing and trade priorities.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and timelines for activation rollouts.
  • Assist in implementing the monthly activation calendar and promotional plans.
  • Ensure visibility assets and POS materials are deployed correctly and on time.
  • Work closely with agencies to brief and follow up on production and field execution.
  • Monitor the on-ground implementation.
  • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, sales, agencies) to ensure alignment on activation efforts.
  • Support the integration of 121 efforts within broader brand campaigns.
  • Participate in regular meetings and status updates with stakeholders.
  • Track performance indicators related to activations.
  • Gather data and provide input for reports and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to the top leadership team, showcasing the impact of activation initiatives.
  • Contribute to identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support budget tracking and invoice control for activations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and process compliance (e.g., PO creation, brief templates, reports).

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or similar.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or event/activation coordination (FMCG experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
