Estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa de Customer Experience.Enquanto CX Assistant terás como principais responsabilidades a receção e resolução das solicitações dos clientes, lojas físicas e loja online, via e.mail e telefone, maximizando as oportunidades de vendas. Darás também suporte à gestão de reclamações bem como outras tarefas administrativas inerentes à função, proporcionando uma experiência eficaz e agradável aos nossos clientes e mantendo o canal de relacionamento sempre aberto.
Perfil I Requisitos:
- Visão comercial e orientação para o cliente, assumindo o papel de embaixador da marca;
- Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e de adaptação a diferentes interlocutores e contextos;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação e argumentação;
- Facilidade de relacionamento interespessoal e traballho de equipa;
- Autonomia e capacidade de gestão de tempo;
- Fluente em Português (obrigatório) e espanhol (preferencial);
- Bons conhecimentos de MS Office na ótica do utilizador.
