Estamos em busca de uma Encarregada (o) de Limpezas comprometida (o), organizada (o) e com espírito de liderança para integrar nossa equipa.

Local: LisboaHorário: [Segunda a sexta, das 8 às 17h]Salário: Competitivo, com oportunidades de crescimentoInício imediato

Principais Responsabilidades:Suportar o recrutamento de novos membros;Coordenar e orientar a equipe de limpeza;Suportar os pedidos dos clientes (em uma fase inicial);Acompanhar a qualidade do serviço;Organizar cronogramas e materiais;Ser a ponte entre a equipa e a gestão.

Requisitos:

12 º anoLonga experiência como experiência com funcionária/o das limpezas ou experiência como supervisor/a de limpezasComprometimento com prazos e qualidadePerfil proativo, organizado e com boa comunicaçãoSaber liderar com respeito e eficiência

Preferencial, mas não eliminatório:Carta de condução, preferencialmente;Conhecimentos em técnicas de higienização profissional;Facilidade com app de organização ou planilhas.
