Descriptif du posteVous aurez à cœur de suivre des mesures de curatelle et de tutelle auprès d’adultes handicapés et/ou âgés à domicile et en établissement : les accompagner dans leur projet individuel, gérer leur situation (administrative, financière, patrimoniale et juridique), leur rendre visite, les assister ou les représenter au tribunal, et rédiger des rapports et bilans de situation aux autorités judiciaires. Ces missions s’exercent au sein d’une équipe motivée et d’un réseau partenarial étoffé (professionnels du soin, magistrats, notaires, travailleurs sociaux…). Le métier de mandataire est passionnant et riche : il permet le développement de multiples compétences dans une relation d’aide à la personne en respectant sa volonté, ses droits et ses libertés.   • Titulaire au minimum d’une licence en droit ou diplôme social validé
